I. Love. Sleep. And I’m sure you do too. So I’m going to show you how to set a Bedtime to keep a healthy sleeping schedule.
1) Launch the Clock app and tap Bedtime on the bottom middle.
2) Choose the time you want to wake up every morning.
3) Choose the days of the week when you want to wake up.
4) Choose the amount of time you want to sleep each night.
5) Choose the time for your daily reminder.
6) Choose your music.
7) Start your day right!
